  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including HCP Marketing, Patient Services, Patient Advocacy, Medical Affairs, Analytics, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance
  • Lead agency and vendor partners with clear strategic direction, constructive feedback, strong accountability, and disciplined management of scope, timelines, quality, and budget
  • Lead materials through legal, medical, and regulatory review, anticipating potential issues and enabling efficient, compliant approvals
  • Manage patient marketing budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and accruals with accuracy and sound stewardship
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative culture by sharing insights, raising the bar on work quality, and stepping in where needed to move the business forward

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience across any combination of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, consumer, or patient-focused marketing with at least 5 years in the biotech/pharma industry preferred
  • Rare disease experience and supporting launches are a plus
  • Experience and engagement in complex initiatives from insight and concept through execution and optimization
  • Experience leading agencies and vendors and managing budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent priorities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong sense of curiosity and learning agility, highly proactive and inclined to be a self-starter who is able to identify areas of opportunity to make an impact

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
