Opportunity Overview
The Senior Manager, International Scientific Communication will support the development and execution of the scientific communication across the International region. Reporting to the International Scientific Communication Director, this role will focus on the operational delivery of scientific content, coordination of medical writing activities, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant, and impactful scientific communication.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Support the execution of the international scientific publication plan by managing the development and review of scientific content including slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
  • Coordinate with external vendors and medical writers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant scientific literature and competitive landscape
  • Ensure all materials and activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards
  • Contribute to the development of internal training materials and scientific resources
  • Track and report on scientific communication activities and metrics

Qualifications and Skills
  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) in Life Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical affairs, scientific publications, or medical writing
  • Experience in rare diseases, endocrinology, or metabolic diseases is a plus
  • Strong scientific writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with publication planning tools (e.g., Datavision, Pubstrat) is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience with Excel, including data structuring and table management; familiarity with AI concepts or tools is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus
