Opportunity Overview
Rhythm is seeking an International HR Coordinator to support key HR processes across the international region. This role will be responsible for interview coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, employee support, and broader HR operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Schedule interviews across various time zones, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and hiring teams.
- Collect and organize interview feedback from stakeholders to support hiring decisions.
- Assist with job postings and candidate communication.
- Gather new hire information and input data into HR systems accurately.
- Ensure timely enrollment of new employees in benefits programs.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements.
- Conduct audits of benefits invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, data requests, and changes.
- Support the administration of leave policies, including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and system updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting needs.
- Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.
- Support international HR operations, ensuring alignment with local regulations and company policies.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs and company events.
- Track and update HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in HR coordination or administrative support, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different time zones.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Contract Details & Work Hours:
- 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
- Open to part-time (35 hours/week) or full-time (up to 40 hours/week) based on candidate preference
