Opportunity Overview
Rhythm seeks an innovative and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an Employee Experience Manager. This dynamic and highly collaborative role has a global impact, partnering across all levels throughout the organization. The role will be responsible for managing, evolving and executing key activities that contribute to a meaningful employee experience including: onboarding, recognition programs, engagement surveys, inclusion & belonging initiatives. The individual will report to the VP, People & Culture and is based in the Boston office.

This role is based out of our corporate office in Boston, Massachusetts. Rhythm operates in a hybrid-work model. Candidates applying must be willing and able to be in the Boston office in coordination with their department and business needs. This role may involve some travel.
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $165,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, level, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance. This role may be eligible for benefits and other compensation such as restricted stock units.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead new hire onboarding activities. Collaborate with key partners in Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Operations, Training, Finance, IT and functional management to ensuring onboarding steps are completed and ready upon start. As a first point of contact for new hires, ensure new hires are welcomed to the organization and have clear guidance and support
- Serve as project manager and lead facilitator for New Hire Orientation (NHO), providing an informative, clear, meaningful and immersive experience. Complete all communications with participants, their managers and presenters. Collaborate and coordinate with subject matter experts on the delivery of content, identify leaders for panel discussions and update all materials.
- Manage new hire Buddy Program. Provide training and support to employee ambassadors (buddies) and assign pairings. Complete regular follow-up and analysis on program, enhancing the program as needed.
- Launch the annual Employee Engagement Survey including survey set up, communications and data tracking. Monitor action plans and status updates in collaboration with the HRBP team.
- Manage the Rhythm’s Recognition and community platform. Run reports, identify innovative ways to increase utilization, train new hires on the program and maintain metrics.
- Create and support initiatives that foster a sense of belonging, are inclusive across our global organization, celebrate the diversity of our employees and align to our values.
- Project Manager for Performance Management process. Partner with People Operations team on ADP workflow, schedule training, monitor and maintain metrics and support employee training. Facilitate objective setting training for new hires.
- Help employees with questions related to their employee experience (i.e. pay, benefits, performance, recognition) and escalate inquiries as needed.
- Manage Wellness initiatives including annual Wellness Week and regular events. Partner with Benefits team on designing activities that support our global population including for the Boston office and virtually.
- Maintain updates on HR intranet pages.
- Support members of the team with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Complete offboarding activities and conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate and maintain PO process for the HR Team.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team and other team efforts as needed.
- Lead and organize Boston office events.
Qualifications and Skills
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years’ HR experience.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
- Strong communication skills. Comfortable facilitating presentations and crafting concise and compelling written messages.
- Exposure to a global environment is a plus.
- Passion for championing a positive employee experience by identifying opportunities to enhance and add to our suite of offerings.
- Technical competence: able to navigate MS Word, Outlook Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Co Pilot and other systems effectively. Highly curious and able to proactively seek out and learn new tools/systems that will improve efficiency.
- Experience working with HRIS systems with an understanding of how employee data is maintained is a plus.
- Ability to infuse fun, creativity and innovation into our programs and initiatives, while being thoughtful about the global workforce.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up/organizational skills.
- High level of commitment, initiative and sense of ownership.
- Willingness and interest to learn new things and grow as an HR professional.
